Job Requirements
- One year of experience in a hospitality environment preferred
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl frequently
- ability to occasionally lift and/or move 30 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds
Job Qualifications
- One year of work experience in a hospitality environment preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families, guests, and associates
- knowledge of safe cleaning chemical usage
- physical ability to stand, walk, reach, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize residences and contents including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning kitchen and bath fixtures, turning mattresses, and moving light furniture
- empty trash receptacles
- clean resident apartments, offices, bathrooms, and other common areas
- assist with cleaning and refurbishing vacated residences
- wash, dry, fold, and store linens and laundry
- coordinate delivery and return of resident laundry
- keep housekeeping carts clean and organized
- keep carts stocked with appropriate cleaning supplies in OSHA-approved containers
- perform all other duties as assigned
