Job Qualifications
- At least one year of housekeeping experience
- ability to read write and follow oral and written instructions in English
- must be able to speak and understand English to communicate with supervisors and residents
Job Duties
- Clean all bathrooms including counters mirrors sinks lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas
- vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors
- spot clean walls and windows
- dust furniture and empty trash cans
- clean baseboards pictures lights and HVAC vents
- honor any additional housekeeping requests made by the residents during the allotted time
- assist with picking up trash
- assist with activity room set-ups requiring movement of furniture
- report any pertinent information to management related to the well-being of the resident
- perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary
