Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work on feet 95% of the day and perform repetitive motion
- Previous experience in housekeeping/maintenance preferred
- Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, in Rutland

Job Duties
- Use and understand various chemicals and their application to sanitation
- Keep supplies neat, orderly, and securely away from individuals
- Be able to read and follow written and verbal task assignments for each assigned area
- Monitor condition of assigned areas and report any concerns or damage to supervisor
- Collect and wash soiled linens from assigned buildings
- Complete daily cleaning tasks as assigned, including but not limited to disinfecting bathrooms and food/dining areas
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks as assigned, including but not limited to shampooing carpets, cleaning air vents, buffing tile
- Complete as-needed cleaning tasks as assigned, including replenishing toiletries, vacuuming common areas, cleaning messes
