Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to stand and walk during the entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, bend and stoop during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during shift
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts

- High school education or equivalent
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by adhering to cleanliness standards
- Perform various hotel cleaning services including vacuuming, linen changes, and bathroom cleaning
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, and amenities upon request
- Deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
