Job Requirements
- six months or more experience in housekeeping work
- knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- basic knowledge of maintenance helpful
- sufficient physical strength and agility to carry out essential duties
- ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- ability to use equipment and chemicals in prescribed manner, including ability to read labels, MSDS information sheets, and instructions
- ability to identify and resolve potential safety and security problems
- ability to handle demanding individuals in a calm and courteous manner

Job Duties
- sweep, mop, dust, and clean the facility daily to meet members needs
- clean and maintain floors, carpets, walls, windows, tiled areas, showers, restrooms and other surfaces of facility
- ensure that supplies such as soap and paper towels are replaced regularly, and that waste is emptied
- perform all housekeeping duties
- report building problems
- maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- utilize preventative maintenance and cleaning schedule to maintain equipment and keep facility in operational peak performance
