Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators and check heat system filters in resident apartments
- Change beds and linens and ensure adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments with special attention to entryways, carpets, plants, and fixtures
- Launder linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests at tables and serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Review menu and take orders, serve meals and desserts
- Return cart to kitchen and assist with perishable item storage
- Bus and clear dishes, reset tables following sanitizing procedures
- Complete side work such as refilling sugar holders and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned
