Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate an energetic, self-motivating and can do attitude
- Light to medium pushing and lifting is required
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Must have reliable source of transportation
- Proficiency in the English language strongly preferred
- Must be available to work full-time schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Job Duties
- Complete light and deep cleaning of one and two bedroom fully-furnished suites including stripping and making beds, vacuuming, cleaning laundry room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, laundering and replenishing linens and supplies
- Prepare unfurnished apartments for move-in
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping cart, laundry room, and break room
- Provide strong customer service to residents and team members
- Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards
- Report any maintenance issues promptly
- Participate in training and development programs
