Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines
- basic computer proficiency

- basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- general knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- ability to retain orders up to four at one time
- strong organization and time management skills

Job Duties
- provide general housekeeping for both the community as a whole and individual resident apartments
- clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, check heat system filters, change bed linens, and ensure adequate linen supplies
- perform deep cleaning of apartments and community common areas
- launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- greet residents and guests, serve beverages, meals, and desserts
- clear and sanitize tables and chairs after meals and reset for next meal
- complete side work including replenishing supplies and cleaning equipment
- perform other duties as needed and assigned
