Job Requirements
- Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active throughout shift
- Professional and dependable
- Comfortable working in a new construction environment

- Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred, hospitality, apartments, or student housing experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and consistency
- Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning assignments
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a new construction environment as the property prepares for opening
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, restrooms, and amenity spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas daily
- Assist in preparing units for move-ins and maintaining model units
- Restock supplies and keep storage closets clean and organized
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Support the on-site team in presenting a polished, guest-ready community at all times
