Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
- attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- flexibility to work varying shifts
- must comply with company policies and regulatory standards
Job Qualifications

- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work independently

- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weight

- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Job Duties
- Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents
- engage in prospective resident visits
- clean resident apartment including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds and linen service where applicable
- responsible for personal laundry service where applicable
- maintain cleanliness of entire building
- monitor public restrooms throughout the day for cleanliness and adequate supplies
- maintain regulatory compliance where applicable
- transport trash and waste to disposal area
- note areas or articles in need of repair and report to Assistant Director
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director
