Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
  • attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • flexibility to work varying shifts
  • must comply with company policies and regulatory standards

Job Qualifications

  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties

  • Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents
  • engage in prospective resident visits
  • clean resident apartment including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds and linen service where applicable
  • responsible for personal laundry service where applicable
  • maintain cleanliness of entire building
  • monitor public restrooms throughout the day for cleanliness and adequate supplies
  • maintain regulatory compliance where applicable
  • transport trash and waste to disposal area
  • note areas or articles in need of repair and report to Assistant Director
  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director
