Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate an energetic, self-motivating and "can do" attitude
- Light to medium pushing and lifting is required
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Must have reliable source of transportation
- Proficiency in the English language strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Complete light and deep cleaning of fully-furnished one and two-bedroom suites including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms
- Launder and replenish linens, amenities, and various supplies as needed
- Prepare unfurnished apartments for move-in
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping cart, laundry room, and break room
- Uphold AVE's high standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service to residents
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during housekeeping tasks
