Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during work activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during shifts

Job Duties
- perform a variety of cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- maintain cleanliness in public areas and assist in laundry duties as needed
- provide courteous and prompt service in response to guest requests, questions, and complaints
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
- work weekend shifts including Saturdays and Sundays as required
