Job Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have at least six months of work experience in housekeeping, janitorial or related field
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the Comanche Nation motor vehicle policy
- Must be willing to submit to and pass drug testing
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a background investigation
- Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 40 lbs
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees, bend, stretch, stand, sit, kneel or walk for extended periods
- Capacity to work independently or in a team

Job Duties
- Perform cleaning and sanitation functions where assigned within the facility
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and spills
- Dust mop, clean tables, empty trash receptacles, clean and stock restrooms
- Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- Use appropriate equipment and supplies as required
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety inside the building
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and guests
- Dust and polish various surfaces
- Inspect and ensure all offices and rooms are well-maintained according to standards
- Deep clean carpets, drapes, and upholstery
- Protect equipment and report any inadequacies
- Check and replace stocking levels of consumables
- Communicate damages, deficits, and disturbances to supervisor
- Handle reasonable complaints and requests professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned
