Job Requirements

  • Must be flexible and able to work as part of a team as well as work independently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education diploma
  • one to three months related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • experience working with the senior population preferred
  • experience with housekeeping in a senior community preferred

  • attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate and perform assigned duties in a compassionate manner in accordance with the mission and values of EHM Senior Solutions
  • ensure that work and cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical
  • ensure that an adequate supply of housekeeping supplies to perform daily tasks is maintained in utility and janitorial closets
  • perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned
  • maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident living areas
  • assist in identifying additional areas needing cleaning or maintenance
  • collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
