Job Duties
- Know and observe relevant fire and safety regulations
- practice infection control policies and procedures
- assist in facility emergencies such as cleaning carpets after floods
- prepare for special events including setup and cleanup
- keep assigned areas clean meeting Eisenhower Center standards
- adhere to safety policies regarding chemical usage and cleanup
- assist with special cleaning assignments such as cleaning windows and light fixtures
- manage time effectively to complete duties and scheduled breaks
- clean client rooms, baths, showers, staff offices, therapy rooms, and public areas daily
- clean floors, shampoo carpets, wash walls, and clean woodwork
- polish furniture in common areas and polish door plates
- work with Maintenance, Food Service, and Rehab staff to maintain a clean and safe environment
- perform other duties as assigned
