Job Requirements
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- May be required to work variable shifts, overtime and flexible hours
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare housekeeping preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in housekeeping duties, preferably in a health care facility
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning disinfecting of patient's common areas and public areas as assigned by supervisor
- Clean areas with disinfectants, wipe down all touch surfaces
- Keep cleaning supplies and equipment safely stored when not in use and away from patient access when in use
- Assist the Director of Plant Operations as needed
- Report any situations that may affect the health and wellbeing of patients or employees
