Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • May be required to work variable shifts, overtime and flexible hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare housekeeping preferred
  • Ability to follow safety protocols
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in housekeeping duties, preferably in a health care facility
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
  • Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning disinfecting of patient's common areas and public areas as assigned by supervisor
  • Clean areas with disinfectants, wipe down all touch surfaces
  • Keep cleaning supplies and equipment safely stored when not in use and away from patient access when in use
  • Assist the Director of Plant Operations as needed
  • Report any situations that may affect the health and wellbeing of patients or employees
