Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of housekeeping experience
- Current food handlers' certificate
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable and able to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping
- Some food preparation experience preferred
- Current food handlers' certificates
- Demonstrated knowledge of food service standards
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong English language communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on feet for extended periods
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts when necessary
Job Duties
- Maintain all common areas of the dormitory, offices and student rooms
- Mop or dust mop floors, vacuum, dust and polish furniture
- Clean and disinfect sink areas and bathrooms daily
- Scrub, buff and wax floors
- Maintain necessary supplies in all rooms, bathrooms, instructors' rooms, and beverage stations
- Maintain all linens for the dormitory and provide clean linens for student rooms daily
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently, thoroughly and in a manner that respects students' privacy and schedules
- Assist in meal service and meal preparation as needed
- Adhere to organization's safety policies and promptly report incidents and accidents
- Undertake other cleaning or dormitory duties as assigned, including certain driving responsibilities if needed
