Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Willingness to engage respectfully with residents and staff
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols

- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas including bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other essentials regularly
- Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff to foster a welcoming environment
- Scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust, and disinfect all assigned areas
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage and supply areas
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned
