Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to adhere to facility safety and hygiene standards
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to pass background check
Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility including patient rooms, common areas, and restrooms
- Safely handle and dispose of waste and hazardous materials
- Follow established sanitation and infection control procedures
- Report maintenance needs or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
- Assist with setting up and arranging furniture and equipment for special events or patient needs
