Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members

- perform various hotel cleaning services in accordance with established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities or information when requested
- provide courteous and friendly service with a Service +1 attitude
- contribute to a positive work environment for team members and guests
