Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job
- Basic computer literacy

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and individual apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, change beds and linens, check heat system filters, and ensure linen supplies in each resident apartment
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder linens by washing and drying using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests at tables to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Take resident meal orders, serve meals and desserts, and assist with storage of perishable items
- Bus and clear tables after meals, sanitize tables and chairs, vacuum carpets, and complete side work such as refilling sugar holders and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
