Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must clock in and out for breaks at designated times
  • Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts
  • Ability to perform physical duties such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
  • Commitment to teamwork and safety
  • Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
  • Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel facilities and amenities
  • Support all groups and events at the hotel
  • Use relevant technology per role
  • Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
  • Keep all areas clean and well-organized including front and back of the house
  • Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Greet guests with a smile while cleaning
  • Complete operational checklists accurately and timely every shift
  • Provide accurate and timely shift handover reports
  • Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
  • Be willing to exceed traditional role duties to meet business and guest needs
  • Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking and laundry assistance
  • Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms as assigned
  • Perform additional cleaning projects in storage, public spaces, laundry, and deep cleaning as assigned
