Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to work full time hours up to 40 per week
- Availability for assigned shifts Monday through Friday or Saturday through Wednesday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Willingness to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
- Enthusiastic and compassionate attitude towards senior care

Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping duties throughout the community including cleaning resident rooms and common areas
- Conduct laundry functions to maintain cleanliness of linens and residents' clothing
- Ensure all areas are safe and sanitary according to health and safety standards
- Establish warm and trusting relationships with residents to enhance their quality of life
- Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction
- Follow all company policies including passing background checks and drug screenings
- Maintain supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
