Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- At least 2 years of high school education
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
- Capability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds during work shifts
- Willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Support maintaining a positive work environment for all team members and guests
