Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to manage time and organize tasks efficiently
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending
- Basic computer literacy

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders up to four at one time
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community as a whole and individual resident apartments
- Clean resident apartments including refrigerators and heat system filters
- Change bed linens and ensure adequate linen supply in apartments
- Provide deep cleaning of apartments and community areas
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Take resident orders and serve meals and desserts
- Return carts to kitchen and assist with perishable item storage
- Bus and clear dishes after meals and sanitize tables and chairs
- Complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
