- entry level position with on the job training
- must be able to work 7:30 am to 4:00 pm every other weekend
- reliable and punctual
- ability to lift moderate weight

Job Duties
- clean resident apartments daily using appropriate equipment and supplies
- maintain cleanliness of common areas and other assigned spaces
- utilize microfiber mops, small wringers, dusters, vacuum cleaners, and other necessary tools effectively
- ensure all cleaning activities adhere to safety and quality standards
- collaborate with the team to uphold community hygiene and resident satisfaction
- report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning
- follow company policies and procedures related to hygiene and safety
