Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Reliable and able to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and able to multitask
- Demonstrated care and respect for elderly and disabled individuals
- Availability to work full-time
- Adherence to company policies and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role including standing and lifting
- Strong organizational skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas including bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces by scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap regularly
- Foster a welcoming environment by engaging respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues
- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
