- Must be willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled ending time unless directed otherwise
- Must clock in/out for breaks at designated times on schedule
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Clear communication skills
- Desire to serve and provide exceptional guest service
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Have strong knowledge of all features of the hotel facility and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand relevant technology for the role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet every guest while cleaning rooms and public spaces
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending morning meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned in storage rooms, public spaces, and guest laundry
- Ensure all areas are well-organized and clean
- Wear approved clean uniform and nametag while smiling at all times
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate willingness to meet business and guest needs beyond traditional role
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment for guests and a positive workplace
