Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience, preferably in assisted living
- Ability to stand and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Must pass background checks and meet health and safety requirements
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to uphold company values and resident-centered care
Job Qualifications
- Experience in assisted living or senior care environments preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate and communicate with housekeeping and team members to maintain service quality for each resident
- Clean and maintain all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis
- Ensure all areas of the community are kept clean, neat, attractive, and safe for residents, guests, and staff
- Support, introduce, and participate in activities that enhance each resident's identity, abilities, and interests
- Maintain a holistic perspective of service delivery focused on resident wellbeing
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols to meet community standards
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to appropriate personnel
