Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
- Physically able to meet the demands of the job
Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas by scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other items regularly
- Foster a welcoming environment through respectful engagement with residents, visitors, and staff
- Maintain organized and clean work areas
- Report any maintenance or safety hazards promptly
- Follow all company policies and procedures for safety and sanitation
- Assist with other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned
