Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience advantageous
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- capability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- basic computer literacy
- physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
- availability to work full-time shifts
- commitment to providing courteous and friendly service
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- effective communication in English with employees and residents
- general knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- ability to retain up to four orders at one time
- strong organization and time management skills
- basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community areas and resident apartments
- clean and defrost refrigerators as needed
- change bed linens and maintain linen supplies
- perform deep cleaning of apartments and focus on entryways and common areas
- launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- greet residents and guests to serve beverages and meals
- review menus and take resident orders
- assist with meal tray deliveries
- clear and sanitize dining areas after meals
- complete side work such as replenishing supplies and cleaning equipment
- perform other duties as assigned
