Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning common areas and entryways
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including changing linens, cleaning refrigerators, checking heat system filters, turning mattresses, and emptying waste baskets
- Perform deep cleaning tasks focusing on carpets, plants, windows, light fixtures, and railings
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Take resident meal orders, serve meals and desserts, and assist with delivery of trays to resident rooms
- Bus and clear tables, reset for the next meal, and complete side work including replenishing sugar holders and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as assigned and needed
