Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and stoop during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
- Must be willing to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to work independently following verbal and written instructions
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Inspect rooms visually to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Vacuum, change linens, clean bathrooms and ensure rooms are spotless
- Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and courteous attitude
- Maintain a positive and cooperative work environment with team members and guests
- Work flexible hours including weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays
