Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings preferred
- knowledge or willingness to learn proper biohazardous waste handling practices
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
- willingness to adhere to company policies and standards

Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including bathrooms, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, wiping countertops and mirrors, and sterilizing floors
- cleans kitchens including wiping counters and mopping floors
- vacuums all exposed areas completely including edges
- empties and rinses wastebaskets as needed
- washes inside of windows when required
- cleans all common areas according to standards including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- maintains a clean laundry room in an orderly manner and stores chemicals in accordance with product or supervisor instruction
