Job Requirements
- Must pass Level 2 background check
- Must pass drug screen
- Must obtain any required state clearances
- Ability to travel between two facility locations
- Ability to work full-time
- Must handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in healthcare, hospitality, or residential settings strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a treatment environment serving adolescents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
- Reliable, punctual, team-minded and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of patient bedrooms, common areas, bathrooms, offices, and clinical spaces
- Perform regular sanitization of high-touch surfaces to support infection control standards
- Wash, fold, and distribute linens and towels
- Empty trash and ensure proper disposal of waste in accordance with facility policies
- Replenish cleaning supplies and communicate inventory needs
- Assist with room turnovers between discharges/admissions
- Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment in clean and orderly condition
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Travel between the two facility locations as scheduled
