Job Requirements

  • Must pass Level 2 background check
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Must obtain any required state clearances
  • Ability to travel between two facility locations
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Must handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in healthcare, hospitality, or residential settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a treatment environment serving adolescents
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
  • Reliable, punctual, team-minded and able to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of patient bedrooms, common areas, bathrooms, offices, and clinical spaces
  • Perform regular sanitization of high-touch surfaces to support infection control standards
  • Wash, fold, and distribute linens and towels
  • Empty trash and ensure proper disposal of waste in accordance with facility policies
  • Replenish cleaning supplies and communicate inventory needs
  • Assist with room turnovers between discharges/admissions
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and equipment in clean and orderly condition
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Travel between the two facility locations as scheduled
