Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing for extended periods
- reliable transportation and punctuality
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in house, office or hotel cleaning preferred
- ability to follow cleaning product instructions
- ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Maintain a stocked cleaning cart with necessary supplies
- demonstrate knowledge of and respect for the rights, dignity, and individuality of each resident in all interactions
- clean assigned resident apartments and common areas daily using dusting, dry mopping, wet mopping, sanitizing, and scrubbing methods in accordance with facility procedures
- respect resident privacy and preferences regarding room arrangement and personal items
- knock before entering resident areas and seek resident input on cleaning methods within reason
- dispose of trash, waste, and other materials safely using identified precautions for contaminated materials
