Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to manage work pace and pressure
- Effective listening and conflict resolution abilities
- Clear communication skills
- Desire and commitment to provide excellent guest service
- Must be willing to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and break
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out
- Ability to perform physical duties such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred

- Ability to work well under stress and high-pressure situations

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests’ names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
- Work with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand and use relevant technology for the role
- Answer incoming calls with friendly, approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and well organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests happily while cleaning, preferably by name
- Complete operational checklists with 100% accuracy every shift
- Provide accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and maintain a well-groomed appearance
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude by stretching beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate with all team members to foster a welcoming environment
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and folding linens
- Clean and restock assigned guest rooms thoroughly
- Perform additional cleaning projects in storage, public spaces, and guest laundry as assigned
- Follow all established guidelines and procedures
- Arrive and clock in on time for all shifts and breaks
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Perform physical tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting as needed
