Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- must have a valid driver’s license
- able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- able to reach overhead and below the knees and perform physical tasks like bending, twisting, and stooping
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to pass background and drug screening contingent on company policy

Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- report room status to the main linen room, housekeeping manager, supervisor, or front desk
- fill the housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies and chemicals, transport the cart to the rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
- follow all company policies and procedures and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
