Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
  • available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • must have a valid driver’s license
  • able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
  • able to reach overhead and below the knees and perform physical tasks like bending, twisting, and stooping
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to pass background and drug screening contingent on company policy

  • able to lift, carry, push, pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • able to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking

  • ability to follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
  • replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • report room status to the main linen room, housekeeping manager, supervisor, or front desk
  • fill the housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies and chemicals, transport the cart to the rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
  • follow all company policies and procedures and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
  • welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
