Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- entry-level position with on-the-job training
- must be able to work 7:30 am to 4:00 pm every other weekend
- ability to stand, walk, and perform physical cleaning tasks
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow instructions and detailed cleaning procedures
- willingness to work flexible hours including every other weekend
Job Duties
- clean resident apartments daily
- clean common areas and assigned other areas
- use microfiber mops and small wringers for cleaning
- operate household type vacuum cleaners and dusters
- manage cleaning products and supplies
- uphold cleanliness standards to ensure a hygienic environment
- report maintenance needs when identified
