Job Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 35 lbs for clinical staff and 50 lbs for non-clinical staff
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work full-time evening shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
- Capability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping or environmental services a plus
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Understanding of healthcare cleaning protocols
- Ability to perform diverse cleaning techniques
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for patient and resident rooms
- Clean nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices, and clinic areas
- Follow trash removal processes
- Conduct daily, discharge, terminal, and isolation cleaning
- Sanitize restrooms in public and patient areas
- Maintain cleanliness of office spaces
- Adhere to environmental services department assignments
