Job Requirements
- Must be able to read and write the English language
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Some housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the work day
- Must be able to speak and write English understandably
- Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress
- Possess sight/hearing or proper prosthetics
- Must function independently with flexibility and integrity
- Meet general health requirements of facility
- Ability to push, pull, move and lift 20 to 50 lbs
- Willingness to assist in emergency evacuations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping tasks according to federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of facility
- Follow directions from Executive Director, Administrator, or Director of Housekeeping
- Use proper cleaning techniques and equipment
- Assist with emergency evacuation of residents if necessary
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
