Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
Job Qualifications
- Completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent knowledge and skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Positive attitude with a dedication to excellent customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional service with a friendly and courteous attitude following a Service +1 approach
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times
