Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
- Perform laundry services including washing, drying, and folding linens
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure safety and comfort
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to facility protocols
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members to support a positive environment
