Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend for daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work hours
- Ability to work weekend shifts including Saturdays and Sundays
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent customer service

- Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision and follow directions verbal and written

- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- High school education or equivalent is preferred
Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a plus 1 Service attitude
- Help in the laundry or clean public spaces when necessary
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
