Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • availability to work 1st and 2nd shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to bend, twist, stoop, and perform physical tasks
  • pass background and drug screening as per company policy
  • willingness to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience desirable
  • ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
  • complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
  • replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
  • report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
  • fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
  • follow all company policies and procedures, report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
  • welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
