Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- availability to work 1st and 2nd shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, twist, stoop, and perform physical tasks
- pass background and drug screening as per company policy
- willingness to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience desirable
- ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
- follow all company policies and procedures, report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
