Job Requirements
- Two years of high school education required
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Ability to walk and stand during entire shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates
- Ensure exceptional experiences and positive interactions with diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide friendly and courteous service with a Service Plus 1 attitude to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team members and guests
