Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and operation and proper use of cleaning agents
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- Reliable and punctual

- Perform general cleaning and sanitizing of community common areas and resident apartments
- Maintain a clean and welcoming community appearance
- Use cleaning appliances and agents properly and safely
- Follow written and oral instructions accurately
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and employees
- Handle cleaning tasks efficiently to support community standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents
