Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch and bend during daily tasks
- Ability to lift 25 - 35 pounds intermittently
- Availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Provide exceptional guest experiences with friendly, courteous, and proactive service
- Work weekends including Saturday and Sunday as required
