Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping or cleaning
  • Ability to operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools
  • Knowledge of green cleaning products and chemicals
  • Ability to read and understand labels
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm during emergency situations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • Skills in operating housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools
  • Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and related supplies
  • Ability to read and understand product labels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to PRS core values and resident-centered service

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate PRS core values in all aspects of the role
  • Actively participate in department training programs
  • Provide routine and special housekeeping services for community areas and resident apartments
  • Operate housekeeping equipment and tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain knowledge of and use green cleaning solutions and chemicals
  • Respond calmly and appropriately to emergency situations
  • Approach all resident, guest, and co-worker interactions with courtesy and professionalism
