  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting housekeeping items

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
  • Use the guests' names whenever possible, ensuring they feel properly welcomed
  • Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores by working collaboratively with team members
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel facilities and amenities
  • Support events and groups at the hotel with awareness and service
  • Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
  • Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized both front and back of house
  • Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Always greet guests with a smile and by name during cleaning
  • Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
  • Prepare accurate and timely shift handover reports
  • Maintain a clean, approved uniform and professional appearance
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude to support business and guest needs beyond traditional role
  • Work together with team members to create a welcoming environment and effective workplace
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending meetings
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms each shift
  • Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, and deep cleaning
  • Follow all instructions and perform any other job-related duties as required
